Game 2 and Summer

Originally posted on LaxSpot on 06/03/2008

Its been a couple weeks since my last post, so I am going to blast you with this one since it may be a while until I can post again.  I want to start by congratulating Cuse on winning the championship and Mike Levielle winning the Tewarton.

The Dragons faced off with the LA Riptide on Saturday in our home opener at San Jose State Universtiy and unfortunately lost.  It was a hard fought game on both sides but we came up a little short.  I did not play because I am nursing a bruised quad that happened in the fourth quarter of the Chicago game two weeks ago, but I should be out there this week when we face off against Chicago again, this time at home.

My summer starts on Friday, and I cant wait.  The weather has been getting hotter and it has been feeling more and more like summer everyday.  On Friday, I start my 16 day lacrosse tour, by heading to San Fran to play Chicago on Sunday.  After Sunday, I will be in Austin, TX for our Trilogy Camp until Friday when I fly to Denver to play the Outlaws on Saturday.  Sunday, it is back to Texas, only this time to Houston for another Trilogy Camp until Friday when I fly back to Baltimore and drive rite to New Jersey to play the Pride on Saturday.

Seems like a lot doesnt it?  Believe it or not, that is only the beginning.  I will try to check in and let everyone know how the travel is going.  Wish the Dragons luck, we need to get off this two game losing streak.
